You Can Recognise It By The Very High Damage Value Written On The Card (Usually Without Multiplier).
Redundant is good for draining ammo, and getting anarchy stacks via reloads. The ricochet version (think its listed as either 2 or 3 in gibbed) is the best for gaige. Hacks & cheats, call of duty hacks & cheats, gunz.

Imo gaige does not need any tier 6 skill beyond sharing is caring, 9th degree is good, but you can make it without it, besides, with claws just sucks in comparission with other mele skills for other characters, for mele better play zer0 or krieg.
